I can plug multiple phones into the same land line and use one or have multiple family members on the landline at the same time. Is it possible to have multiple cell phones connected to the same cell number or alternatively can a second cell phone connect once a call is established on the first cell phone?
What I'm asking is if there's a service that is offered that gives you a default phone number to which you can give to people and when they text (sms) you it forwards to your real cell phone number. The reason for this would be for anonymity. So it would pretty much just disguise your real number and forward all your sms messages. If there are some I'd appreciate any reccommendations on some of the services you guys think works best or is cheapest. Thanks for all the help!
The new cell phone comany I want to go to says to keep my cell number, I must bring in my phone with an active contract with my old cell phone company. So, once you switch, would you be breaching the contract with your old cell phone company? Do you have to pay fines? Do you wait until the last day of your contract, or can you leave anytime during your last month?
This company will provide a background check for a price of $79.95 and give you supposed information from public records and information provided by third parties, including your cell phone number, and unlisted numbers. Out of curiousity, I paid the fee and received nothing more than two fomer addresses and a telephone number assigned to me, which was not mine. Fortunately, divorse information and other public information was not given. But, the high price to run a backround check was absurd. So, if you really need to do a check on a prospective hiree or person you are dating, it is a total waste of money. None the less, it is a total invasion of our privacy. I do not want people calling my cell number or having access to a non published telephone number. I wonder how the Representatives or Congressman would like it and how long will it take for them to take action? Does anyone have any comments or experience on these rip off companies? I tried to get a refund. No way.
